Having almost 10 years in the specialty coffee industry, Matt has held various roles as a barista, trainer, green coffee buyer, and head roaster. From Southern California to Greenville South Carolina and all over the world, his experience has led him back to his hometown of Greenville, SC in hopes to share the knowledge he has gained. Our goal is to help cafés and roasters alike to learn, grow and succeed.

    Developing your baristas in areas such as: Palate Development, Coffee Brewing, Work Flow, Hospitality, and Efficiency to maximize customer experience. Implementing this system will result in consistency in high quality drinks and customer care.

    Learn how to put systems in place to have a successful roasting and/or cafe program that produces consistent growth over time. How to properly source coffee and create a cohesive roasting style and brand that fits you.

  • Roast Program

    This consulting program will help you with every aspect of your roasting business. This includes, but is not limited to: helping you choose and operate a roasting machine that fits your style, teaching you to profile coffees that you are proud of, how to properly source green coffee, and what to look for as that green coffee ages.
