Brew method: April brewer using the Sibarist flat filter

 

Coffee to Water Ratio: 19/300 (1/15.7 ratio)

 

Water temperature: 208 degrees (We’re using third wave water light roast packets)

 

Ground: Medium coarse. 6 on fellow ode gen 2 with SSP burr upgrade.

 

Pulse pattern:

3 pulses of 100g

1st pulse 35g circular to 65g center pulse

@45sec 2nd pulse same pattern to 200g

@1:40 same pattern to 300

Done pouring by 1:55

Finish draining at 2:35-2:40

 

This recipe produces the clearest, cleanest, juiciest, cup of this coffee that we’ve had.
